Nicholas Huertas joined the Boston Z Realty team as an agent in spring of 2017. A native New Yorker and a graduate of Syracuse University, with a bachelor’s degree in economics under his belt, Nick has had the pleasure of calling New York, Chicago, and Boston home, living in the Boston area for almost 10 years now. In that time he has gravitated toward the neighborhoods of Allston and Brighton, Brookline, Cambridge, and Somerville, but is well versed in every neighborhood that Boston has to offer. Nick is the definition of a Renaissance man. A second-generation American with Colombian and Spanish parents, he is no stranger to translating English to Spanish and vice versa. With a well-rounded background in the non-profit, corporate, and retail sectors, he understands the importance of good customer service and has extensive experience in dealing with complex situations. Nick is a true people person and manages to strike up a heartfelt conversation with everyone he meets, whether it’s with the owner at his local cafe, the staff at his favorite hat shop, or clients looking for a new home. If he’s not on the job, you can probably find Nick tinkering on his many bikes or his self-built moped. When he feels the need to get away from the city, he heads for the mountains of New Hampshire to hike or the beaches of Cape Cod to relax. As someone who successfully moved halfway across the country after college with only a suitcase on a train, Nick understands the challenges of moving, whether it is within Boston or long distance. He has a compassionate and practical understanding of the impact a move can have on people and their families as well as the demands it requires of their time and energy. It is his goal to make sure every move is seamless for his clients.
